Southwinds, my home church, asked me to help them with a staff-oriented "spoof" to present at the annual Vision Banquet. It was a "team building" venture for the staff, aimed at light hearted humor (comedy) for the 300 guests at the banquet. We used the format of the NBC hit "The Apprentice" and the staff wrote the story-line based on "a task" and the ultimate board room confrontation we've all become so familiar with. With the staff "prepared" we shot the entire sequence in about an hour. The presentation is made TV-like with an added "commercial" for realism, right in the middle of the production.
